Peak Performance Training

• $40.00
• 2 hour training session
• Explanation and demonstration of customized drills
• "Off The Court" handout and group wrap up

Private Instruction

• $100 per hour
• 2 hour minimum
• Personal instruction

 

To register for Jim Brogan's Basketball Academy, print the Enrollment Request Form and mail to us along with a check for the initial consultation.

To secure enrollment in a session, print the schedule and circle the desired training dates. If paying by check, make payable to Jim Brogan, Inc. and mail to address prior to session(s) desired. If using Visa or Mastercard, email your name, card number and expiration date prior to session(s) desired.

All sessions MUST be prepaid in order to guarantee a time.  Please return the completed calendar with a check for the appropriate amount.

 

Reasonable notice is required for refund or
re-scheduling if your child must miss a session.
